Job Details:

Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement field sales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Effective management of distribution/ customers as per company policy.
  • Development of customer database and sales forecasting for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets/ KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance to all company policies and principles.
  • Analyze all customer’s requirements to develop sales strategies of sales growth.
  • Effective and timely settlement of customer/ distribution claims and queries.
  • Help successful launch of any new product in the assigned territory utilizing all available selling tools.
