Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Develop & Implement field sales plan for the assigned territory.
- Effective management of distribution/ customers as per company policy.
- Development of customer database and sales forecasting for the assigned territory.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets/ KPIs.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and principles.
- Analyze all customer’s requirements to develop sales strategies of sales growth.
- Effective and timely settlement of customer/ distribution claims and queries.
- Help successful launch of any new product in the assigned territory utilizing all available selling tools.
